Required Tools for Your Reset
To ensure the accuracy of your 8-week journey and the success of the Sacred Systems method, all participants are required to have the following tools ready before Day 1. These precision instruments allow us to move beyond guesswork and into data-driven results.
1. Precision Measurement Tools
Large Food Scale: For daily meal preparation and volume tracking.
Micro Food Scale: Must be capable of weighing to the tenth of a gram (0.1g). This is vital for the precise nutrient protocols used in the Ponder Method.
RENPHO Digital Body Composition Scale: This specific scale is required to track your internal metrics, including body fat percentage, skeletal muscle, and water weight, which syncs with our tracking system.
2. Baseline Blood Work (Optional but Recommended)
While not strictly mandatory to begin, I highly recommend obtaining a comprehensive blood panel before starting the reset. This provides a 'before' snapshot of your hormonal health and cellular markers, allowing you to see the empirical evidence of your transformation at the end of the 8 weeks.
Why this matters:
We are working with the Lymphatic System—the most sensitive waste-management system in your body. Precision in what you put in (food) and how we measure what comes out (composition) is the difference between 'trying' and 'transforming'.
